Martin Stadium Renovation
Project Description:
Martin Stadium Renovation consists of four phases including components at the East End Zone, South Concourse and North Concourse.
Phases I and II have just been completed and are now in Punch List phase.
Phase I East End Zone component includes a main entry façade along Stadium Way, a new concourse with restrooms and concessions and a new ADA seating section. Phase I South Concourse includes two new restrooms, additional circulation space and new entry gates. Phase II North Concourse includes a new concourse with restrooms and concessions and a considerable increase in circulation space. This work was completed for the 2008 football season.
Phase III, the premium seating above the existing North Stands will be a separate project in the future.
Phase IV, an upper concourse with service amenities and additional stadium seating will be a seperate project in the future.
