- Establish an organized process for gathering space inventory data for over 11.7
million gross square feet of university space statewide.
- Maintain an accurate database of space information by processing 65 data fields
for over 29,000 rooms in nearly 1,000 structural and non-structural facilities worth
almost $2 billion. (excluding land/real estate holdings).
- Review and recomend updates for accuracy of 1,000 scaled floor plan reference drawings
for every Washington State University facility.
- Prepare and complete numerous on-going and ad-hoc space surveys.
- Coordinate and assign room numbering for all new facilities and renovation/remodeling
projects that affect existing room numbering.
