Consultant Roster Registration for small-works consulting agreements
In order for your firm to provide services for Washington State University
projects, you must be registered with our Consultant Roster.
Please submit a copy of the Consultant Roster Registration Form. The form
requests that you indicate the discipline of your firm and the specific services
offered. Please limit your responses on the form to the categories
indicated.
In addition to the completed form, please submit your concise
supplemental information in an
8.5 by 11 inch format and in a
three ring binder. A completed and signed Consultant Registration Form
should be inserted following the cover sheet in the supplemental information
packet. If your firm is interested in providing services at the Vancouver WSU
campus, please submit a 2nd binder. Please limit your supplemental
information to 50 pages.
Upon receipt of the completed Consultant Roster registration form and the
supplemental information your firm will be entered onto the Washington State
